How do I return an item?
For returns, you can email us at ladyjadine@outlook.com. Please provide your full name, email, and reason for returning the item. Once the items have been received, we will send you an email notifying the amount of the credit available, valid for 30 days from the purchase date. (item price excluding original shipping cost).
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Only clothes at regular price may be returned or exchanged. Formal Wear, Accessories, Items on sale or with discounts cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final. Returns or exchanges for White Clothing will not be accepted or allowed.
Can I exchange an item that is damaged?
Yes! We will gladly exchange your item if it’s damaged. However, the item(s) must have the Lady Jadine label/tags still attached and must be unwashed and unused.
The item doesn’t fit me, can I exchange it for another size?
Yes! If what you want is a SIZE CHANGE, please specify that on the email, and if available, we will make the change if the item(s) is returned in the conditions stated above. If the item is not available in the size that you want, we will give you a store credit valid for 30 days from the purchase date
How soon will my order arrive?
Lady Jadine uses USPS shipping services for all orders. For local orders (within USA) it takes from 2-3 business days to arrive after the order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
