We will accept your return for a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 business days of purchase. 

Please send us an email notification to ladyjadine@outlook.com. Once we receive your email, we will gladly start the return process. In addition, please be advised about our return policy as followed.

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

• Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, or odor.

• We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.

Non-returnable items include: sale items, accessories and bodysuits.

Return Shipping: Please be advised that the customer is responsible for shipping fees returning to Lady Jadine and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, Please allow up to 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
